You are welcome to call in at anytime to talk through your bathroom needs. If you already have architects plans or room measurements, you can sit down with one of our designers and create a bespoke bathroom that meets your needs. Alternatively, we can arrange for our Design Manager to visit the property to take all the necessary measurements and to discuss possibilities and preferences with you.

We believe its important to ensure a bathroom is designed to suit each one of our client’s individual needs, which is why everything we do is designed around you. With a wide range of products available, from off the shelf items to bespoke pieces, we ensure every bathroom is truly unique.

We work with the latest Virtual Words CAD software to create realistic designs of your room, to aide the decision making process, and eliminate buyers regret.

Installation

Whilst we don’t fit products ourselves, we regularly co-ordinate our services with approved installers whom we are happy to recommend to customers purchasing bathrooms from us.  We are in touch with the installer throughout the process consulting with the installer over the proposed plans, arranging delivery with them and assisting with any issues which might arise during the installation.

Ordering and Delivery

Your new bathroom will have many different components which we source from a large number of suppliers.  We hold everything in our own warehouse until all the items arrive so that they can be delivered to you in one consignment.  Our delivery service is free to locations within a 25 mile radius of Bristol for orders over £1,000.  However, a nationwide service is available by arrangement at a reasonable charge.
